I read this in Cellular-News.com which just confirms a trend that all of us can see from last years. Mobile voice is replacing traditional fixed in Enterprise environments.

Ericsson to Sell its Pbx Subsidiary - Transfers 630 Jobs
Ericsson has announced plans to sell its enterprise PBX solutions business to Aastra Technologies for SEK650 million (US$102.7 million) excluding net of assets and liabilities. A capital gain of approximately SEK200 million (US$31.6 million) is expected. The agreement involves transfer of approximately 630 employees of which some 360 are based in Sweden. Ericsson's enterprise PBX solutions business is a provider of IP PBX, converged PBX systems and branch office solutions. Sales in 2007 amounted to approximately SEK 3 billion. Ericsson says that it now considers its enterprise PBX solutions business to be outside its core focus. In addition, the enterprise communications industry is becoming increasingly global and is clearly gravitating toward consolidation. Some unspecified, enterprise products from the acquisition of Netwise in Aug 2006 have not been included in the sale.
